If the BIO MEDICI doesn't help within 30 days, you simply return it. Biotransmed Products Ltd. will deduct 25% of your purchase price and the reason for that is:

Contrary to competitive business practice, Biotransmed Products Ltd. is very strict when it comes to hygiene! Returned BIO MEDICI devices will NOT be sold again! Would you like to buy a so-called “new device” from somebody with a questionable health problem? Surely not!
 
All device(s) have to be returned in its original postal shipping packaging. In no event will shipping charges be refunded and the return of the unit to Biotransmed Products. Ltd. shall be at the shipper's expense.
It is mandatory that you contact us prior to returning the device.
No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a 'like new' condition (at the discretion of Biotransmed Ltd.) Unauthorized Returns may be rejected.

Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return. It is advisable to insure the shipment against loss (If lost, Biotransmed is not liable).
